"Called EZ Flow based on Kudzu reviews when our water heater broke, saying that I'd also want to discuss some other household issues. Scott gathered enough info over phone to bring the appropriate hot water heater and do the replacement efficiently at a solid price he'd quoted over the phone. Had him back to install a recirculating hot water pump and replace our main water cutoff that he showed had a broken shaft. (Previous plumber working same area had not pointed this out!) No quibbles. All costs were exactly as quoted irrespective of what needed to be done. Outstanding!"
