I had a great experience once again with this company! I dealt with Lynette and Logan, and they were both very professional and courteous. The company is always prompt and does a great job without upcharging. Logan answered all my questions and explained things to me honestly. He cleaned up after himself when he left and even wore shoe coverings so as to not get my floor dirty. Love this company, and they are my go-to for all my plumbing needs.

My experience with EZ Flow has just been above and beyond service expectations! We started with a plumbing leak that turned into a bit of a nightmare for us. Spencer got that leak all fixed up for us, but a piece of our outside wall had to be taken out to do so. He was amazing the whole way through and got Rocky Mountain Restoration out to make sure there was no major water damage, which there wasn't, thankfully, and then Rocky Mountain got us in touch with a construction company. The wall was 'repaired' a little over a month later, but I called EZ Flow to come and check a concern we had with the pipe vent access actually being accessible to them if they needed to get to it (which was only 1 concern with the actual repair I was trying to get help with). Thankfully, it was okay, but Logan noticed the cracking in the repair and promptly contacted the people necessary. We got a call today (the day after he came out) from the owner of the construction company, who was wonderful and will be getting the job done right for us. I know this had to have happened from Logan's action because I was having trouble with our project manager. I'm so glad I called EZ Flow out to check! The ladies in the office, Lynette and Christy, are always wonderful to talk to and get things coordinated as well. I'm so appreciative of this company...they have gone above and beyond for us and are always kind and friendly. I can't thank them enough!

I scheduled an appointment because I needed a Navien specialist to fix what the first plumber did not do right on my water heater install. What a great company. The service is top-notch and the technician (Kenneth) was very professional and knowledgeable. After contacting 2 other companies and getting either the runaround or no response, I googled a plumber and EZ Flow was the highest rated. Upon speaking with the customer service rep, I immediately could tell they were much more on top of things and MUCH more professional. No having to text and give them my entire life story just to get an appointment. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. After hearing my concern, she set me up with an appointment the next day. Here's where it got even better. The customer service rep explained that it would be from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. with a 45-minute heads up, and the technician showed up at 9:45! Kenneth was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. As a small business owner myself, this is how a business should operate. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely awesome company! From the office personnel to our technician Matthew. Couldn’t be happier. Great prices, great employees, knowledgeable and super friendly. Matthew had our clogged drain freed up in 20 minutes, including performing a camera scope of the pipe to show me what the issue was, as this has been a recurring issue. He recommended a couple solutions with pricing. We’ve had 2 other plumbing companies at 2 previous drain issues; neither one of them offered a camera scope without a large price increase, nor did they offer any type of solution to fix the issue, both charging 4 times the amount EZ Flow charged me. This company really is about providing a service for the customer at an affordable price. My only regret is not finding them sooner.
