We had a very good experience with EZ Flow Plumbing. They listened to our needs and even took the time to speak with our HOA regarding a water shut off valve issue. Both technicians Spencer and Robert were very kind and thorough and finished in a timely manner. I received a mailing brochure from EZ Flow Plumbing and it has this awesome magnet with measurement conversions on it, so I stuck it on the refrigerator. The next mailing it had the upcoming football game schedule. Great advertising! When I needed plumbing job estimates I had all their contact information on my fridge. I figured I’d give them a try. I’m glad that I did! I called and spoke with Christy and she provided a great deal of information about the company and specials they were offering and listened carefully to get my full list of items on record, plus got me on the schedule right away, she was amazing! Richard and Matthew arrived promptly and one started on the water heater service, while the other kindly provided some good advice on the order of my concerns and options. I was impressed with their honesty, knowledge, and their recommendations. Overall, it has been an excellent experience and they clearly care about providing great customer service.
