To begin, I must share with you that I do not normally review companies online, however, I thought I would speak up and give credit where I think credit is due. I am over 65 and so I have been around the block a few times and seen practically everything, so I am always looking to expect the unexpected.
We have an account with EZ Flow Plumbing and we recently called them to troubleshoot a problem with our water heater. The problem was accidentally initiated the day before when a flushing of the system created a dilemma with delivering hot water to the entire house.
So, they sent over this new guy I had never seen previously, his name was McKay, and I just wanted to give him a shout out for his intuitive and thorough approach to his work. He took the needed time to locate the problem and complete the job, and to be sure that he had indeed fixed the problem, he tested every line in the house.
McKay is exemplary for his determination and fortitude in rectifying this complex problem, and in the face of adversity, and in an emergency, he certainly excelled. We now have instant hot water flowing to all floors as he promised and everything is back to normal. There was NO charge from EZ Flow for his services that day, and we appreciate that greatly. A win/win for all parties. Thank you McKay and EZ Flow Plumbing.
