I had a pipe break between a drain and a P-trap. They sent Spencer out the next day to replace the damaged plumbing (non-emergency). The repair was done quickly and it looks very clean and organized. They went above and beyond to answer some other questions I had about the plumbing as well. I would definitely use this company again.

We had an issue with our tankless water heater and were pretty sure it was a dirty flame fuel rod, didn't really want to mess with it in case it was a warranty issue. I called this company, and they basically charge a 99 dollar diagnostic fee. I'm fine with that compared to other companies that charge double that. The tech called 25 minutes prior to showing up to let us know they were on their way. Kenneth and the apprentice with him were very personable when they showed up. They found the fuel rod to be dirty, cleaned it, and got our tankless water heater working within about 30–40 minutes. Didn't charge any more than the fee due to no parts needing to be replaced, which would have been covered under warranty. Would recommend them. Thank you guys!

We were having some flow issues at our Scottsdale house. EZ Flow sent Rob to our house, and he recommended a HydroJet procedure from the kitchen to the main line and then from the main sewer line to the street. He coordinated with a restoration company to put plastic down in the kitchen to avoid any contamination, which was great. Rob then completed the HydroJetting. Rob and EZ Flow did a great job, and everything is flowing well now.

After a free plumbing inspection from my HVAC company that also does plumbing, they suggested about $2,300 in work related to my two water heaters. They made sense, but I thought the pricing was way more than I would expect. I then called EZ Flow Plumbing, who originally installed the water heaters, for comparison. They needed to come out before quoting, but there was no charge. Spencer came out and looked over the equipment and agreed with the suggestions, but the cost was $1,000 less. He would be able to return the next day, Saturday, to do the work at no additional weekend charge. I got discounts because I was a senior citizen and for the multiple items I needed. He showed up right about the time he had estimated the day before and got right to work. He was able to get everything done without completely shutting off our water. Spencer has a great personality, was efficient and the work looked great. Now I remember why I used them initially to install the water heaters.

Wow, Rob was extremely helpful. So this man was just outside finishing a job at a neighbor’s, and I was a little nervous to ask for help. But you know what? He was so nice about it. I was having issues with resetting my garbage disposal, and all the YouTube videos made it seem so easy, but it wasn’t. Rob not only took the time out of his day to talk with me, he came and showed me how to reset my disposal and how to use the Allen wrench if the button doesn’t work. I’m just grateful for him going above and beyond when he didn’t have to. It saved me time and frustration, and now I know how to do it myself. I wasn’t even his customer, just a person asking for help. You don’t get customer service and kindness like that anymore. I guess I know who to rely on when I need a plumber. Thanks, Rob!!!

If you need a plumber, EZ Flow is the company you NEED to go with! Let me tell you why: tl;dr: EZ Flow is honest, incredibly respectful, courteous, clean, and professional. Their prices are on par with other plumbers in the area, but the quality of work is top tier. These are the type of people everyone should want working in and on their home! We just purchased our first home and had several plumbing projects we needed to get done. Since we need to stay on budget, we were very thorough in our search for the right plumber; to give you an idea, we got quotes from 5 (seriously, five!) different companies before EZ Flow, but after Kenneth came by to give us a quote, we immediately knew they were the company to go with. Kenneth worked up FOUR quotes for us and walked us through all the things he thought were necessary vs things that would be upgrades. He truly listened to our concerns with our plumbing, was prepared with answers to all our questions, and was ready with solutions to our shower trim woes! Where other companies were unsure of how to approach the problem or only offered destructive methods that would require hiring other contractors to fix drywall, etc., Kenneth gave a solution that could be done simply, cleanly, and 100% by them without the need for demo-ing our entire bathroom. We were able to get on the schedule for two days after our quote, and the techs who performed the work (Spencer and Braxton) demonstrated the same respect for us, our home, and our plumbing needs. They were efficient, kind, and updated us as they worked. They were extremely courteous, going as far as fixing a toilet that had stopped working and extending the tubes to our RO system to help prevent potential issues. They walked through the entire job with us before starting and after completing the work, and made sure to answer any questions we had. Embarrassingly on our end because we realize we had ordered so many packages (lol), all three techs at some point brought in packages that had been delivered to our front door without hesitation. The absolute cherry-on-top that made us know EZ Flow will be our permanent plumbers is how all three techs treated our two kittens: Kenneth, Spencer, and Braxton all were so kind and gentle with our kittens, even our boy who we call “the inspector” who was under sinks and toilets with them checking out the jobs. They all expressed that they were happy to have a “helper” and that the kittens didn’t need to be locked in a room all day, and for the entirety of the day, they made sure to keep our front door closed so the kittens wouldn’t get out. That type of intentionality isn’t something you can “pay for”; it’s something that is engrained in their workplace culture and their personal ethics. We are so beyond grateful to EZ Flow for their high quality work, integrity, and kindness! While no one ever “hopes” for plumbing issues, we are sleeping easy knowing that EZ Flow will be the ones we call to help with any of our future plumbing needs.
