My tankless water heater was slowly leaking along the hot water out line, so I called EZ Flow Plumbing to take a look. Lynette answered right away and after I explained my issue, she said she could get someone out the same day! The plumber, Logan arrived in less than 45 minutes, took a look, then called the manufacturer since it was still under warranty. They first talked about the many parts for repair, but they decided that a full replacement would be better. Logan called around and found a local replacement unit, but it was on the other side of Phoenix, so we rescheduled the install for the next morning. No big deal, the water leak was very slow. The next morning Logan arrived with the new unit and got it installed in 2 hours. Logan did a great job on the install and we had hot water again! Logan is very knowledgeable, polite, and answered all my questions. The next time I need a plumber, I will ask for him specifically and wait until he is available.

This company is amazing. From Lynette who contacted me to Robert and Matthew who came to take care of my plumbing issue. They were all wonderful and so helpful. Matt and Rob gave me options and worked with me to get my drain going and it actually didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I appreciate them more than I can say. They will be my first call if any more issues come up.

Both technicians Spencer and Robert were very kind and thorough and finished in a timely manner. I received a mailing brochure from EZ Flow Plumbing and it has this awesome magnet with measurement conversions on it, so I stuck it on the refrigerator. The next mailing it had the upcoming football game schedule. Great advertising! When I needed plumbing job estimates I had all their contact information on my fridge. I figured I’d give them a try. I’m glad that I did! I called and spoke with Christy and she provided a great deal of information about the company and specials they were offering and listened carefully to get my full list of items on record, plus got me on the schedule right away, she was amazing! Richard and Matthew arrived promptly and one started on the water heater service, while the other kindly provided some good advice on the order of my concerns and options. I was impressed with their honesty, knowledge, and their recommendations. Overall, it has been an excellent experience and they clearly care about providing great customer service.

My experience with EZ Flow has just been above and beyond service expectations! We started with a plumbing leak that turned into a bit of a nightmare for us. Spencer got that leak all fixed up for us, but a piece of our outside wall had to be taken out to do so. He was amazing the whole way through and got Rocky Mountain Restoration out to make sure there was no major water damage, which there wasn't, thankfully, and then Rocky Mountain got us in touch with a construction company. The wall was 'repaired' a little over a month later, but I called EZ Flow to come and check a concern we had with the pipe vent access actually being accessible to them if they needed to get to it (which was only 1 concern with the actual repair I was trying to get help with). Thankfully, it was okay, but Logan noticed the cracking in the repair and promptly contacted the people necessary. We got a call today (the day after he came out) from the owner of the construction company, who was wonderful and will be getting the job done right for us. I know this had to have happened from Logan's action because I was having trouble with our project manager. I'm so glad I called EZ Flow out to check! The ladies in the office, Lynette and Christy, are always wonderful to talk to and get things coordinated as well. I'm so appreciative of this company...they have gone above and beyond for us and are always kind and friendly. I can't thank them enough!
