Would Recommend Them May 1, 2026

We had an issue with our tankless water heater and were pretty sure it was a dirty flame fuel rod, didn't really want to mess with it in case it was a warranty issue. I called this company, and they basically charge a 99 dollar diagnostic fee. I'm fine with that compared to other companies that charge double that. The tech called 25 minutes prior to showing up to let us know they were on their way. Kenneth and the apprentice with him were very personable when they showed up. They found the fuel rod to be dirty, cleaned it, and got our tankless water heater working within about 30–40 minutes. Didn't charge any more than the fee due to no parts needing to be replaced, which would have been covered under warranty. Would recommend them. Thank you guys!

After a free plumbing inspection from my HVAC company that also does plumbing, they suggested about $2,300 in work related to my two water heaters. They made sense, but I thought the pricing was way more than I would expect. I then called EZ Flow Plumbing, who originally installed the water heaters, for comparison. They needed to come out before quoting, but there was no charge. Spencer came out and looked over the equipment and agreed with the suggestions, but the cost was $1,000 less. He would be able to return the next day, Saturday, to do the work at no additional weekend charge. I got discounts because I was a senior citizen and for the multiple items I needed. He showed up right about the time he had estimated the day before and got right to work. He was able to get everything done without completely shutting off our water. Spencer has a great personality, was efficient and the work looked great. Now I remember why I used them initially to install the water heaters.

A Win/Win for All Parties Feb 25, 2026

To begin, I must share with you that I do not normally review companies online, however, I thought I would speak up and give credit where I think credit is due. I am over 65 and so I have been around the block a few times and seen practically everything, so I am always looking to expect the unexpected. We have an account with EZ Flow Plumbing and we recently called them to troubleshoot a problem with our water heater. The problem was accidentally initiated the day before when a flushing of the system created a dilemma with delivering hot water to the entire house. So, they sent over this new guy I had never seen previously, his name was McKay, and I just wanted to give him a shout out for his intuitive and thorough approach to his work. He took the needed time to locate the problem and complete the job, and to be sure that he had indeed fixed the problem, he tested every line in the house. McKay is exemplary for his determination and fortitude in rectifying this complex problem, and in the face of adversity, and in an emergency, he certainly excelled. We now have instant hot water flowing to all floors as he promised and everything is back to normal. There was NO charge from EZ Flow for his services that day, and we appreciate that greatly. A win/win for all parties. Thank you McKay and EZ Flow Plumbing.

My tankless water heater was slowly leaking along the hot water out line, so I called EZ Flow Plumbing to take a look. Lynette answered right away and after I explained my issue, she said she could get someone out the same day! The plumber, Logan arrived in less than 45 minutes, took a look, then called the manufacturer since it was still under warranty. They first talked about the many parts for repair, but they decided that a full replacement would be better. Logan called around and found a local replacement unit, but it was on the other side of Phoenix, so we rescheduled the install for the next morning. No big deal, the water leak was very slow. The next morning Logan arrived with the new unit and got it installed in 2 hours. Logan did a great job on the install and we had hot water again! Logan is very knowledgeable, polite, and answered all my questions. The next time I need a plumber, I will ask for him specifically and wait until he is available.

The plumber, Rob A., they sent out was hands down the most knowledgeable plumber I have ever spoken to. Unfortunately, we made the costly mistake of purchasing our Rheem tankless electric water heater through a big box store (HD) so after a year and a half Rheem washed their hands of us. So remember, buy them through a supply house or have a plumber just install one that they provide. Rheem claims this giant warranty, but that is a scam that covers you only if it’s not repairable. So, probably washing hands of Rheem, however, I will call EZ Flow anytime I have a plumbing problem. Don’t be misled by my review, the plumber, Rob, had nothing but good things to say about Rheem. I heard the Rheem service person on the phone wash her hands of us, even went so far as to direct us to a third-party website to order the main board, as Rheem clearly only has time and resources for people that are buying new products. Thank you, Flow, for getting out here the same day and diagnosing this.

Being a snowbird, I can guarantee things will go wrong at any given time when you are away for several months. That’s what happened to us: water pressure is low, and hot water is not running properly. Ran into an EZ Flow van parked near our home, so I walked over and introduced myself. I expressed my concern with the issues, then the technician named Logan gave me a business card that read: EZ Flow Plumbing. He asked me to call the business to make an appointment. Made a call, and the same afternoon, Logan stopped over and looked over the issues. He then told us what needed to be done. He came back the next morning and fixed the issues, as well as offered services that could potentially help in the future so we wouldn’t run into this problem all over again. Logan was very professional, very knowledgeable, and able to show us exactly what needs to be implemented to how to upkeep the maintenance by offering what EZ Flow Plumbing offers/options to choose from. All in all, we are very pleased with the service, and we will highly recommend EZ Plumbing service to our community residents.

I know nothing about solving serious plumbing issues and had my hot water heater bust & unalive itself last week - but EZ Flow made my horrible problem a quick fix & made me feel SO at ease and comfortable with their help. They went FAR above and beyond the call of business for me and I just KNOW that there are others that NEED to see this review to know 100% that EZ Flow is the ONLY company they should hire! They will come on a Saturday at NO extra charge & prepared with the tools & products needed to replace a 50-gallon hot water heater on the spot - AND at the absolute BEST industry price available for the unit needed (yes, I fact-checked that stmt.!!). I will ALWAYS call EZ Flow when I have plumbing needs or emergencies that come up in the future! The technicians they sent to my home also took the time to change out my son's toilet seat for me - at NO charge - because I didn't know how to do it 🥴 and even gave me good advice on how I could avoid a few other costly plumbing issues from arising around my home!!! EZ Flow not only solved my problem, they actually made it LESS painful than it had to be and in the process gained (another) loyal customer.... THANK YOU!!
