I have been having trouble with one of my showers backing up. I called EZ Flow to come out, assess the situation, and fix the problem. Robert A. was the technician that showed up. He inspected the shower and immediately told me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it, along with a quote and a very fair price. Rob was very personable and kind, treating me and my house with care and respect. The problem was quickly resolved. The services and the attitude of the technician and the fair price are all reasons why we will call again with any plumbing problems or needs.

McKay was brilliant. This guy is a wizard, struggling to find anything he doesn’t know about plumbing. Fixed a lingering issue in our valves behind the shower that was causing me an absolute nightmare trying to get those darn cartridges out. McKay was able to remove them in short time with little/no sound. Very impressed with his ability to diagnose root cause. Wife and I will rest easy at night because of this level of professional work. Customer for life.
